Isoproturon is a selective systemic herbicide effective against a broad range of grassy and broadleaf weeds, especially in wheat cultivation. It is absorbed by both roots and leaves and inhibits photosynthesis in target weeds. It is effective when applied during pre- or early post-emergence stages.
