ATRAZENE

Atrazine is a selective, systemic herbicide used for pre- and early post-emergence control of broadleaf and grassy weeds in crops like maize, sugarcane, sorghum, and pineapple. It is absorbed mainly through the roots and also slightly through the foliage, translocating throughout the plant to inhibit photosynthesis and weed growth.
